I recently closed on some property I sold. The closing went smoothly, but only because of Butch Durrence and the Durrence Group.
I've been fortunate to have purchased and sold several properties, but this one was unique, it had more twists and turns and deadlines than I have the time to list. To say it was a nightmare would be an understatement.
Fortunately for me, I've worked with Butch on several closings and I had complete trust with him handling the sale. Butch has a way of straightening out the curves in the road and he makes the hard, crazy travel to closing time much less painful.
A simple closing nowadays is a real pain, but if you intend to sell or buy real estate, it's a process you have to go through, it's unavoidable.
With that being said, do yourself a favor and select an agent that knows what they are doing, plans ahead and tackles roadblocks head on. Butch Durrence and the Durrence Group are the best, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I was very fortunate to be connected to the Durrence Group through playing tennis in the Savannah Area as well as being connected via a mutual friend. Christine did an initial walk-through in Spring of 2023 and there was never any kind of pressure. She just had lots of good suggestions. I did interview several realtors and thought about selling FSBO but ultimatelyI ended up having to sell my condo and buy a house at the same time.

The Durrences mitigated what would normally be a very stressful experience and everything was managed so well by their team at Keller Williams. I was able to get an excellent price for my condo and Christine negotiated the terms of the house that I purchased. Butch also came to our rescue at our Condo Association. Our property manager died suddenly last Summer but Butch and his management company took the reins and completed repairs that had been on hold for a while.
