I am a person who is big on being pleasant especially in the work place. Even if you mess up but was pleasant that is a plus for me. Both times I visited this place only the red haired lady was there. While getting my fingerprints done; she would suck her teeth and blow her breath when having to roll my finger more than once. Now I understand people have off days but her attitude was the same both times I visited.

Beware!!! My wife and I went to have a polygraph test done because I suspected my wife had been cheating. I had 4 questions for Mr Warner to ask her. He said they would contact me with the results that same evening, but I had to contact his office several times before they sent me the results. Two of my questions were not on the results, and the other two showed no deception. A year later, my wife admitted that she had cheated with the person whom I named on the questions. I could feel that he was kind of emotional when he was asking what kind of work we do, and we both have professional occupations. I paid $500 to get the truth, but I was really scammed out of $500. He bragged about how you can't deceive the test, but I assume that's a part of his plot to take your money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, think twice before throwing away your money at this company!!!

The receptionist was in such a hurry to leave that apparently, she did something wrong. There are no records of us doing any fingerprinting..All she kept saying is she has to leave at 4. We walked out the door for a second and she came out with her purse in hand. I said wait, you did say you close at 4, well, its not 4. So she went back inside and we went back in to do the fingerprints. Worse service ever!!!

Went in today for fingerprinting. The lady act as if my money is all she wanted ( Clearly). As I was getting my finger printed. She told me dont try to steal anything because I have a great finger print. I dont know what made her think I'll go out stealing. This was a very disrespectful comment to make. FYI. I was there getting fingerprints for a job AND we MY HUSBAND AND I as well owned a business!!

On 2-17-2022 near the end of the business day, I was able to immediately receive assistance regarding my inquiry. The receptionist was cordial, professional, and provided great customer service via phone, as well as in-person. Thank you, thank you, and thank you ma'am!!!! 🙂

Just wow, the red haird woman working the front desk could not have been more curt. Her head shaking, eye rolling, and scoffing I can live without. If I behave civilly and respectfully at my job I expect the same from other professional working people.
I will be going somewhere else, worth the drive to not have to interact with that woman again.
