I like the building it was really nice not labeled very well also I felt discriminated against I did not see any white employees and I was talked to very Stern like I was out of place

Closes early for no reason. Arrived at 4:50 PM; doors were locked although hours state until 5:00 PM. I understand I was here at the last minute but most people have jobs and cannot be here any earlier. Sad a government office is allowed to close early.

Also, any time I have been here, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason it should take 30 mins to help each person. The staff are also extremely rude. Whoever manages this office should be embarrassed by the lack of efficiency and rude employees.

The old tag office had really nice lady's working there. The new tag office does not. The lady at the number 2 booth not friendly at all. Don't think she likes her job. Very rude there is a way to talk to people and to explain things. When you work with public you have to do better.

My birthday is in September, so they've obviously changed locations since last year. As of 9/24/2024, they are located directly behind Popeyes in the old brick warehouse building. It's not marked as of yesterday, so it took me 20 minutes to find it thanks to a lady who was about to walk in herself. I was right on top of it and didn't even know it. Park on the side of the building, and the door is facing Popeyes. I hear that some ppl don't know and actually park at the courthouse and end up walking to the tag/tax office. There is no need for that long walk. Just park on the end of the brick building directly behind Popeyes, and again, the entrance is facing the roadway directly behind Popeyes. Kesha Daniels was on point made my visit run smoothly and without hastle. She has a great demeanor and gets the job done

There are also two ladies at adjacent counter that have great demeanors and are on point getting business handled smoothly and hastle free

Also there's a lady that advises great information to make things easier for an individual without hastle maybe it's Mrs Mariam herself.

Been a long time since I could say visit were great in the last few visits awesome staff

My visit, along with my mother-in-law was a pleasant experience. Not a long wait and all of the staff were very polite. Thanks to Kesha Daniels for being so helpful and patient with 2 birds caught in a hail storm😉🤭
