I can say enough good things about Printers Ale and their new menu. The atmosphere here is unmatched and the beer and food are incredible. The addition of more tables and seating areas was much needed and the new stage area is very nice.

Their fries are some of the best I’ve had and their cheese sauce is amazing.

Highly recommend this now Carrollton institution!

Quality brewery! Visited right after opening, so it was pretty dead at the beginning but it filled up quickly. Ordered 3 1/2 beers while here; a hefeweizen, hazy IPA, barleywine, and half a märzen. Everything was tasty for its style with the barleywine being the standout. So few breweries produce barleywines, so it’s very appreciated they make one. I also ordered a ‘classic smash’ burger with tots (normally comes with fries) and it was very tasty. You give them your phone number, and get a text when it’s ready; also expect to bus your own table. The space itself is lovely with plenty of seating options both inside and out, and the bartender was friendly. Good taplist with a variety of options. Definitely worth checking out!

Run, don't walk, to Printer's Ale!! This is one of our favorite spots for a nice date night. They just opened up their kitchen & their food is phenomenal! All local goods & just wonderful flavor. We tried their original smash burger and their fish and chips. We can't wait to come back to try their grilled cheese and loaded tots! Besides the food, they always have a large variety of beers, seltzers, and wines (change regularly). Haven't found a selection we don't like! My current favorites are the blue razberry seltzer & the creamsicle. It's right off a main road, but easily missed if you don't know where it is. Plenty of seating indoors and out (some covered seating outside). They often have live music and food trucks. Definitely worth checking out if you like beer and good food!

This was my first time here. I had driven by many times and it just looks like a manufacturing company. No!! It is so much more than that. The brewery is amazing! The atmosphere is great. There is plenty of green space for you to bring the kids or dogs, plenty of places to sit and drink and eat. The day I stopped by, there was a Cuban food truck, the best Cuban food around. There was a farmers market to buy locally grown, organic vegetables and meat. If you have never been, I would highly recommend it!! Check out the website, they have different things going on all the time.

Playing the tourist in our old home town of Carrollton Georgia. Tonight we enjoyed a flight and a pint at Printers Ale. This huge facility has a cozy and hip tasting room to sample the brews created there. We ordered a flight but ended up choosing totally different beers for the pint. Some crisp and delicious steak fries and a monster shared pretezel with mustard sauces went well with the beer. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Good vibes, great food, and great beer selection.

Visited this brewery on a weekend and the outside area is so nice. Everyone enjoyed their food and beers. The staff was very nice and everyone had a great time. We will be coming back

Always great beer selections, and always super nice folks working the bar. Even the other patrons are friendly. Kinda intimate inside seating areas, and a large outside seating area, too. Pets are welcome outside, but not inside. No food, but sometimes there are food trucks, but you can also bring your own. They also sell and fill growlers.
Update 3/5/22: still LOVE this place! The staff are always friendly, the beverages are always good, and the regulatory scheduled food trucks are a great big plus, too. And we have found that we thoroughly enjoy a "black & blue"...it's like a black and tan, but it's Printers Cyan (IPA) and Printers Black (Porter). So very good together!

Never a bad time at Printer's! We've been visiting for years and always have a great experience. The beer is great and there's something for everyone. The food is some of the best food in Carrollton (and that is saying something). Shelly and the crew at the bar are awesome and treat everyone like friends, from the regulars to the kids drinking cream soda.
