The instructors are helpful, knowledgeable, and have a positive energy. The studio is beautiful, peaceful, and has a friendly vibe. There are classes for everyone and offer options for different experience levels. Love this studio!!

I was initially skeptical about trying a new yoga studio, but by the end of my experience, I was completely sold! From the moment you walk in, the wonderful aroma immediately puts you at ease. The vibe is so calming and serene, it really soothes the soul. The people and teachers are incredible—super friendly and approachable. I had a personal Reiki session with Ms. Lauren, and if you've never experienced one, I highly recommend it in this fast-paced, stressful world we live in. Afterward, I felt rejuvenated both physically and mentally. If you're looking for a studio that feels like home, this is the place!
