After a few delays in securing an appointment as Terry was just out from hospital, the job was done fantastically fast - over an hour for an estimated 3-hour appointment. The price is substantially lower than other places I have previously worked with or requested a quote. Finally, I was not charged for the artwork. Highly recommend it.

We took our work van to be wrapped mid-November. $800 deposit. We were given a lead time of a few weeks - we dropped the van off early in case he had an opening. When asked if he needed additional artwork, our email went unanswered. Five weeks later, we asked why the van hadn't been touched. He told us that he needed additional artwork to get started and that we had left him hanging. We supplied the artwork and informed him that we needed the van back. He told us it would be brought in at the end of the week and would be ready early/mid next week. The van sat untouched. After another two weeks, we went to retrieve the van. He argued saying that it was our fault the van hadn't been done yet, claiming that we dropped it off too early. This statement was made more than 7 weeks after dropping the van off. He asked us to leave the van, promising it to be done in two weeks.

Today, we took our van back. It had been another six weeks since the two week promise had been made and our van still sat untouched out front.

Wrap Giants had our van for FOUR MONTHS and never touched it, and flat out refuses to refund our deposit.
