Sue and Charlie provided our family a wonderful service for my Mom's Celebration of Life Gathering. I contacted her a bit late (Mon with service on Fri) and she said they could work us into their schedule and explained what they provided. Communication was great and they provided an awesome life stream and then link to the service on YouTube. Started out with a script for my commercial that sounded like it was written by a 5th grader, and got worse form there. Obviously, there was little effort or time put into my project. The agreement was to add in the package, social media advertisement. That never happened. Recommend avoiding Sue and this company, but if you are already with her, don't pay until all promises are fulfilled, because if you are a softly like me, you may never get what you pay for
