5th UPDATE 05/28/2024: Waste Pro's service has improved tremendously thanks to the consistent effort of the Regional VP that took the time to reach out to me months ago and address every issue our area was having. I have seen the improvement with my very own eyes and am very pleased. Hats off to all the drivers who have worked so hard and are providing service to our neighborhood.

4th UPDATE 07/19/2023: A supervisor has finally reached out to me and has made several promises about changes to our route. I will give them time to see if it's true and consistent and will update with progress in the future.

3rd UPDATE 07/18/2023: The pile of branches has finally been picked up and now reveal the dead lawn I have because they were left since 06/14/2023. (photos added) 8+ months and
30 + emails later and I still have not received a call from a supervisor about the inconsistent, almost non-existent yard waste service.

2nd UPDATE 07/17/2023: Another week has passed and I still haven't heard from a Supervisor and the yard waste still sits at the curb.

UPDATE: Branches are still there and I haven't heard from a Supervisor. SM - I did email you on 07/10/2023 prior to posting this review! SMH

I'm giving 2 stars only because the regular trash and recycling pick up is usually consistent.

I have been having ongoing problems with the yard waste pick up since Dec. of 2022. I have over 20 emails to Waste Pro trying to get yard waste on our street picked up consistently and it's only gotten worse. I've also requested a supervisor contact me on at least 5 different occasions and have yet to hear from one.

The picture attached of the tree limbs have been at the curb for a month! A driver knocked on my door to tell me he was going to send a claw truck to retrieve them on June 15th and as of July 12th, several emails and phone call attempts, the pile is still there!

Our street has numerous houses where the yard waste hasn't been picked up in over a month. I plan to contact our County Commissioner to see if there is anything his office can do to oversee that this service we pay for is done on a consistent basis. Because of Waste Pro, our street is impossible to keep in the condition it should be kept in and this is unacceptable.

Do better Waste Pro! Your service needs improvement and upper management should be aware of these short comings and take corrective action!

This is what happens when your neighbors have Wastepro. Wastepro sure as hell isn’t going to pick it up even if dropped in the road.
Sent an email to them at the email address listed in all their copy n pasted responses to these google reviews. They requested phone number and email address weeks ago but haven’t even bothered to reach out. I’ve sent more emails and absolutely no response. Their copy n pasted responses are merely damage control to save face. They clearly don’t care. Actions and responses don’t match!!!! They truly don’t care look at all their bad reviews. They have a monopoly and no competition for accountability

Waste Pro really does a terrible job. They are late picking up or just don’t pick up frequently, they do a very sloppy job, and my bin has been damaged multiple times by their drivers and never replaced. Then they also had the nerve to raise their rates. Their website is trash and their customer service line is a joke and the staff is always short and unhelpful (when they decide to answer) no matter how nice you are to them. I cancelled my services bc I’d rather haul trash to a dump myself than to overpay for services that I’m not happy with.

Update 12/11/23

Here’s another update: Trash was picked up and can was left knocked down in the middle of my driveway and left there. It’s funny how as long as I left a good review I was a valued customer. But the minute the service changed and the review is updated now I can’t be found as a customer. Waste Pro is just as comical as its employees. New management and employee training is needed immediately. You all need to be calling me to fix your underlining issues and not the other way around. The goal is to provide exceptional customer service, pay your employees to where they want to provide that and implement sufficient cash flow to produce that for your company and its employees. Someone needs to be fired.

Update 11/14/23: Here it is another week and they’ve left the recycling can full. Then city of Tallahassee comes and fines me for what WastePro employees fail to do.

Trash has been out here a week, then they’ll empty the trash cans and leave them in the middle of my driveway. Don’t know whose on route but this is ridiculous.

Horrible company, they seldom send a bill, they miss pickup days constantly, then when you're late paying they immediately stop picking up, yet when they're late they don't give a discount or even apologize. Seems like a do as I say, not as I do. And the icing on top of the cake is there's no other option for garbage pickup. Which means they can conduct business like this without repercussions. Sounds like a monopoly to me. Waiting for a legitimate response before taking more actions.

There are so many bad reviews here, most are always answered by management telling them that they take high priority in their service. I guarantee you it’s just talk… usually, they respond by saying they can’t find you in their system. All they’re doing is looking at your username. As you read through these comments, rest assured, these are all people in their system.

Anyways, I actually deleted my old review just so that I can post this new one. I’m literally having to post bad reviews all of the time. The new situation is that I’m having to call in every week to have the garbage guy turn around and pick up my garbage. The recycling bin and the garbage bin are literally 3 feet from each other and the recycling guy gets it every single time. There’s something about this garbage truck driver, I honest to God am starting to think he is a bit delayed in the mind… I promise that is not just me lashing out… at first, it was every other week. I would have to call to have him turn around. Today marks two weeks back to back. I have no idea what’s going on. That’s the only answer I can come up with.
