We hired this company to develope a site they claimed they could do no problem and be done in 3 months. 6 months later the site was still not functioning and barely had 2 pages fully laid out but still not functioning properly. After expressing frustration with how long it has been with little work done the owner got defensive and started claiming certain work was not included anymore. Since the work was not included and we obviously were not happy with the work provided, we decided to look elsewhere for other companies to see if they would be able to do the additional work ,that the owner was claiming was not included. In order to give a quote and see if they could do the work the developers asked to see the source code to know what they would be working with. I asked James the owner if it was possible to get a copy of the source code to get quotes for the additional work and that's where things got aggressive. The owner then started getting very defensive and suggested terminating our contact. We agreed to end the contract obviously who would stay and keep paying someone to do a project after they clearly made it clear they don't want to. They provided the files then and turns out from multiple different companies that the work done is useless and to much of a mess to use. So now we are stuck with useless files because the company failed to provide the work they promised in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend staying away and using a reputable company who will stand behind their work and deliver.
