Pulling into the verizon store was aggravating because nothing indicated where the entrance was so passed it up how to back track. But when I did pull in I was extremely disappointed to see everything grown up and the entrance sign looks like.it has been broken for years and they haven't had anyone do any landscaping in over a year it was terrible not to mention all the spiderwebs covering the windows luckily I don't have arachnophobia. No one ever cleans the windows. It doesn't look like.the store gets a while lot of foot traffic so not sure what the employee does all day besides sit on their butt the windows were also covered in greasy fingerprints for what looked like months wish I would have got a photo of that as well. I went in to let the employee know I was disappointed to even be associated with verizon based on how terrible it looked on the outside and inside and I promptly drove to another verizon.

A big shout out to Jayson at the Green Cove Springs Verizon Store. Jayson helped us with an upgrade. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond helping us get the new phone set up. He made sure my husband was comfortable with his new phone before we left the store. He will be our go to person for future wireless needs.

Jayson Clark at the Verizon store in Green Cove Springs. Jayson made sure my home wifi was set up, he also made sure my tablet and phone were connected. Jayson's patient, knowledgeable, and takes his time to make sure i understood everything before leaving the store. In the past, I was disappointed with other individuals I worked with at Verizon. Jayson has restored my confidence and faith in Verizon.

5 stars for Jayson!! He was so helpful today and very knowledgeable. His store was the ONLY store that had all 3 colors for iPhone 16plus that we were wanting, I went to a different Verizon store two weeks ago 9/28/24 that didn’t have any of the phones in the color we wanted, first guy had to separate the order 3 ways (watches, 2 iphones and 1 iphone) and ship everything to us which we were told 2 day shipment then ups only delivered ONE package (watches) on a day we made sure someone was home to sign, the next 3 days ups came at a time when everyone was at work and unable to sign (driver didn’t bother to leave a delivery notice) and ended up sending our Phones back to the warehouse. We then called customer support who said we had to cancel our order and when they got the phones they would call and replace the order. Well 1 week later, I got a hold of someone who helped make sure everything went through was canceled and was at the warehouse. It was such a relief to finally call a store who had all 3 phones and held the phones just to make sure I would finally get my order!! Oh cherry on top got a bill for $400 for phones I didn’t have until today! 0 stars for Verizon customer support.

Jarad, behind the counter was absolutely amazing ! He was super knowledgeable and was willing to do whatever it took to get my phone switched over to Verizon. He was very polite and eager to get the sale only after I agreed. If you are looking to get a new phone or switch over to Verizon I would recommend Jarad 10/10

Jayson will always be my guy! Decided to leave ATT again cause the service was subpar and the bill was never right. I've dealt with Jayson for a long time and he got me set back up after the short vacation. Highly recommend him to anyone in the area.
