We had specific needs in returning to the Fort Walton Beach area. We needed a house in a certain area. We needed to be steered away from unknown pitfalls. We needed to be alerted to problems we couldn't see. I should also note our home buying venture began when circumstances changed for realtors. Due to a lawsuit, buyers' agents had to disclose their fees. Jim explained the changes to us and offered us options. His assistance in this regard saved us thousands.

In a nutshell, Jim saved us thousands of dollars, took care of everything, and made us feel at ease through the whole process. What more can you ask for out of a realtor?
