I can’t say enough about Megan at Twiddy’s! She is a wonderful human being & I have loved every piece she has made for my family. Most recently, she made us a bunch of custom shirts for our Disney vacation! They were amazing & the designs she chose, got us tons of compliments while we were there! They were super soft & lightweight, which was great for the extreme heat/humidity we experienced in Florida! Thank you, Megan!

Twiddy’s has an amazing selection of designs & products. The owner is very authentic and transparent and a generally amazing person. She’s professional and artistic and her designs are worth every penny! Do yourself a favor and get her stuff because it will help your small business thrive. And that’s the other thing- she is a “community over competition” person; making her that much greater. I’ve purchased a lot from Twiddy’s over the past year and will continue to be a customer until she’s done creating (which I hope is never).

I placed an order on March 24, 2021, and was made to accept a 7-14 day TAT when placing my order. I thought that was fine, I ordered a custom shirt, and I know some things don’t happen overnight. I waited and waited and waited, for my order to ship, and nothing happened. I reached out via email to inquire about the status of my order around April 15, just trying to make sure something hadn’t gone wrong with my order. I received an email back on April 20, saying that they had a high influx of orders around the time when I had placed mine, and that they were behind. That’s understandable, but my issues is that I was assured my order should ship by April 21 at the LATEST (their words not mine). Well here we are May 3rd, and my order has just now been received by USPS this morning. I understand having delays, but what I’m not happy about is being told one thing, and then another happening. Be transparent with your customers. Respond to emails. If I had known my order would take 6 weeks to get to me, I wouldn’t have ordered it.

I have literally never found a place i love more! Everything she sells is top quality and worth every penny. I first tried the shop because i wanted to shop local but i return time and again because i have fallen in love!! Megan is so kind and i am in love with the shirts candles oils cups etc ive purchased. Fair prices amazing quality and even better customer service. Thank you Twiddy's!
