Without a doubt, Turing is one of the best places to work at. I have great colleagues who are friendly and really helpful. I often used to spend hours commuting to work and home. One of the best things about remote work is the lack of commuting. Now I get a lot of free time to do something that I love outside of work. My work is to drive traction and growth from our social media handles by analyzing and creating effective content strategies.

Previously, the daily commute to work was the biggest issue for me. Then I also had to compromise on letting go of prospective opportunities because they were too far from my place of residence.

Since I joined Turing, I now get ample time to fit my workouts and experiment with hobbies I never had time for before! I love the freedom to make my own work hours. But most of all I love the fact that nobody from work bothers me on the weekends or outside work hours!

What I love most about Turing and remote work is the short commute to my office (downstairs) and the ability to spend more time with my family. Non-remote jobs in my area are becoming more limited, and there are limited tech companies in my area. My advice to a job-seeker who wants to work with Turing is to think about what makes you happy at work. I took the job at Turing because of the company's mission to democratize opportunity in the tech industry. The flexibility I get to enjoy while working with Turing is something I love the most and the fact that I get to learn from the very best of engineers is a big plus for me. In a non-remote world, too much traffic would be the number one problem; with Turing, I can use the same time that I used to commute to learn new skills and be able to do more at work. Turing is a great company to work with!

I work as a Content Specialist with Turing. My role is to guide and develop the content creation process and strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience. Working with Turing gave me an opportunity to work from home, in fact anywhere. The flexibility to work from anywhere and tailor my day to my needs has helped me achieve good work-life balance. I can spend more time with family and friends, and since I have much more free time than before, I can pursue my hobbies regularly and take up a few new ones too.
The biggest hassle of working on a non-remote job in my country is commuting. It adds extra hours to your schedule due to terrible traffic during the working hours. When working at an office, you pay for the costs of commuting and also tend to spend on coffee or snacks for the dreadful "road trip".
Working with Turing has helped me save myself from such daily hassle and it comes with some financial perks. I do not have to worry about being stuck in the traffic and all the commuting expenses.
The productivity is the same as it was when working from office since I feel more energetic throughout the day. And with the flexibility to fix my own schedule, I can delay the Monday Blues by a couple of hours more 😀
I thought managing teams and communicating with the team members would be difficult in a remote job, but Turing has the right tools which has made this easy.
Turing is a great company to work with. I love the work culture, and working and adjusting is a multicultural teams is fairly easy. We believe and working hard, having fun and making a difference.

Hi, I’m Shivani Singh from New Delhi, India. I work as a Technical Recruiter at Turing for more than 6 months now. The role is all about matching the developers as per the clients' requirements. Turing makes me love its diversity and flexibility. Under one roof we are surrounded by such a huge diversity which is very hard to find. Working remote is really very fruitful as it allows flexibility and here in Turing it's really possible to experience it out. In my city, I would say a non-remote job is really very challenging. Getting early at 5 am to reach the office at 9 am after traveling 2 hrs. daily and then reaching back home at 8 p.m. after traveling again 2hrs was like physically as well as mentally fatiguing only I could experience. To join Turing one should be clear-minded to have the approach as yes for the company. Working here will not only bring job stability but flexible scheduling of your work life can be achieved too. One could follow their passion while working with the company.
