I had a laptop that kept crashing, and I reached out to Tri-State Tech Support for help. Cassie was absolutely amazing! She diagnosed the problem quickly as a hardware issue and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The prices were super reasonable, and the customer service was top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the turnaround time and how smooth everything went. If you need tech support, don’t hesitate to trust them—these folks know what they’re doing! Highly recommend!

My husband's iPhone would not charge. He tried cleaning it himself ( aerosol method) but after a couple days it wouldn't charge again. I went to Google and found Tri-State Tech. Being g the stubborn Italian he is, he went to the ATnT store first and they said it would be a $200 repair or..a new phone. So, he left and went to Tri-State. He came home all smiles and saud "leave these people a good review because the lady there said my phone was just dirty and it was fixed in under a minute!!" So here I am, smiling to myself ( because in a round about way he said I was right, lol). This is a good business, will not cheat or overcharge, and is friendly. Thanks for helping my grumpy Italian !

I’ve never left a review online for a business before; however, Tri-State Tech Support’s service far exceeded my expectations. I’ve wanted a gaming PC for the longest time but never had the funds until recently, and I had researched what I thought I needed to fulfill my gaming experience. Tony, the owner, is monstrously knowledgeable; I can tell he is absolutely devoted to his craft. I had a slew of questions, and he had an answer for every single one. Any concepts or industry vocabulary I couldn’t comprehend, Tony was great about defining and providing analogies for clarity. Tony asked me what games I was into and if I would only be gaming or if I would get into streaming and video editing as well. Based on my answers and budget, he gave a few options on builds. He also advised me on PC cases; some of the cases I looked at included three fans. Tony explained which cases had better airflow and warned me about the fans’ quality, which is more durable and would provide the most longevity. Once I decided what I wanted, he ordered everything and built my PC. Tony’s assembly is fantastic, and he certainly didn’t lack in his detail with cable management. I had a few software features and customization that interested me, and Tony set those up accordingly, configuring my entire operating system. I enjoy playing classic games such as Mario and Zelda; Tony set up all the emulators necessary and increased the specifications to what my PC could handle. I even had an issue with Valorant not working with Windows 11; I brought in my PC, and he configured my Bios, TPM, and secure boot to get it working! (I couldn’t come in during their business hours due to work, so Tony offered to come in on a Saturday when they’re closed to do those configurations. If that’s not customer service, then I don’t know what is!) I’ve called him occasionally, and he’s been kind enough to remote into my computer and assist me remotely. Tri-State Tech Support offers excellent customer service and is the most knowledgeable in the North Georgia mountains, not just with gaming PCs but computers and other electronic devices. They’ve earned my business for years to come, and I strongly suggest using Tri-State Tech Support for your needs.

These folks are jam up. After I dropped a wrench through my screen, on my MacBook Pro. I left it to be repaired.I drove off then 15 minutes later he called me saying he’d found a faster machine for cheaper than it would be to repair the one I left with him. That doesn’t happen every day. He’s a good folks… they know what they’re doing.

Our laptop quit working and a friend of mine highly recommended Tri-State Tech Support. After Anthony (manager) helped us and completed the job, we can understand why. He rebuilt our laptop for us. Made it much better than when new for a lot less for what we can purchase a new one. He fixed it in a timely manner, he is very patient and knowledgeable. We have called Anthony couple more times since then with technical questions, he was always very pleasant to talk to, patient and explained everything in a manner that we could understand. His work ethic is "excellent", fees are reasonable and is nice to know that you can call him with a question, and he will take care of it promptly. We would "RECOMMEND" Anthony's Tech services to anybody.

I called Tri-state Computers & Kassie was amazing! I had bought a second monitor & could not get it working. I explained my problem & Kassie said, "No problem. I just set up 3 monitors for myself yesterday. I can walk you through that" & she did. Ten minutes later, no charge & I was all set up. I couldn't believe it! Needless to say Tri-state is now in my contacts & I will be calling them whenever I have a computer problem. Kassie is very friendly & quite capable!

My cell phone's charging port was broken. I took it to Cassie and she was so kind and helpful. At first she was getting my information to transfer to an oldee phone I had. Then she figured out a way for me to charge my old phone, seeing as how I'm not cellphone savvy lol. I did what she said, and i was able to charge my old phone. I was so happy that I didnt have to use the used phone i had planned on! Thank you so very much! I will definitely be recommending Tri state Tech Support to everyone!
