We just had Norman from Towboat get us off a shallow area and he was superb. Very pleasant full of excellent suggestions and hung around till we anchored just to make are we were ok! Extremely professional and we were very happy to have his knowledge of the area also. Always nice to meet somone who is very good at their job!!

My Son and his Best friend got caught in the storm approaching today, before they could make it to dock, the vessel started taking on water from the rain and waves approaching the EG boat ramp, the vessel started to sink and was pushed against the NE seawall. TowBoatUS came to the rescue, Norman our Captain was able to pull the boat to dock. Night fall was approaching quickly, but Norman did not hesitate to come help and make a swift recovery. I recommend TowboatUS over SeaTow 100% , Seatow would not come out at 630 PM because it would be night before the vessel could make it to our location, and quoted 4000.00 dollars because they would need divers and airbags to pull the boat out and would be there tomorrow morning. TowBoatUS came immediately, no hesitation and did not need airbags, or divers... Norman pulled the boat out and back to dock within minutes.
