I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The lack of communication and efficiently is a disgrace. It took MONTHS for this office to file our taxes!! We provided every piece of documentation to them and they never communicated with us what was going on behind the scenes. They claimed they did not know how to file a trust but was going to have someone look over it, okay fine. We had to call multiple times to get updates for months, promises were made to us that someone would call us back, it was a joke. We are now being fined by the IRS for not paying our taxes on time which could have been avoided if we went elsewhere. Highly dissatisfied!!

The people at Tom’s taxes know what they’re doing.
What a relief it was finding someone that could help me get my taxes right, and get me back on track. Priceless to me.. but also, very inexpensive vs the company I was using before.
I highly recommend!!! You won’t be sorry.

Had a great experience at Tom's Tax Service. Sallie went above and beyond to assist us and answer our questions and truly make sure we understand all the nuances of our taxes this year...not something our previous tax preparer did. Very personable experience ...highly recommend.

Just did my taxes at Tom's Tax Service and I must say this was the best tax session I've done in the past 3 years. Sally was very informative nice caring and kind she took the time to answer my questions and made sure that I know exactly what I'm supposed to do. I cannot wait to do my taxes next year and I will promote Tom's Tax Service with anyone that listens. Thank you Sally and thank you Tom for making this year's taxes fun enjoyable

I can't say enough about this office. Tom and his staff are amazing.They were very prompt and professional. The made my complicated tax situation a breeze. All the staff is super friendly. Special thanks Kayla and Kaitlyn. They made a normally stressful event dare I say enjoyable.

LIFE SAVERS!! The amount of anxiety & chaos my brain emits, surrounding taxes, is horrid.

It’s to the point where it’s hard to cover up my social awkwardness & my mind goes BLANK. LOLL BUT!!.. Thanks to Tom and his sweet staff, the pressure was off & I’m on my way to getting back on track. Woohoo!

Knowing that I no longer have to wonder if I did my taxes correctly, I shall sleep great tonight. Tom was able to identify and correct my mistakes (and of others) with extreme patience and detail.

Knowing that my business and personal taxes are done correctly is incredibly important.. and so is my mental health. At Tom’s Tax Service he’ll make sure to professionally and genuinely handle both! Everyone there is just fabulous. Thank you!! Look forward to seeing you all soon. 🙂

DON'T visit! Last year was our first, I gave them a break when it took almost 6 weeks to prepare taxes. I thought this year would be quicker! Nope! Dropped the papers off in the am of March 4th. I called April 1st, they ARE NOT DONE!!!! Can't even get a preparer to return a call OR to email! Today, April 2nd, I picked up UNP

I’m 37 year commercial airline pilot with American Airlines. And my wife is a retired 33 year flight attendant. We reside in The villages in Central Florida. Until now I’ve done my own taxes over the years. But due to a sale of some previously owned property taxes became a little more complicated than I was willing to tackle on my own. We had seen the advertisements for Tom‘s tax services over the years. And had heard nothing but positive feedback from some of our colleagues and friends about the services that they received at Tom’s establishment.
His office was very professional and the staff was very cheerful and inviting. Tom is a professional through and through. His knowledge of the tax laws are obvious and apparent.
My wife and I truly recommend and will continue to recommend his services to not only our colleagues at work but our friends here in the villages.
I’d like to take a moment to thank him and look forward to working with him over the course of 2022 and there after.
