Tom McBride toured the house, laid out my options, took a bunch of pictures and within a day the buyer he approached made an offer. When that offer ended with the offer rescinded, Tom was right there with apologies and again explained our options. He had the property listed, a firm offer made and accepted, and a closing date set within five days. He set up the closing with Lee Carmichael who greeted us warmly and made us comfortable. He and I went over the various papers, Signed where indicated and we were waiting for the money from the buyer. The only glitch in the proceedings - problems with the wire transfer of funds - was handled swiftly and my money was overnighted to my new address. Overall, Tom was knowledgeable, reliable, competent and supportive when the first offer fell through. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable.

Too and his team (especially Terry) did an amazing job helping us move as smooth as possible. We are a military family with 5 moves in the past 9 years.
