Todd and his team are TOP NOTCH! We had a unique situation that involved selling our father’s home in Dacula, GA while we live in California. To complicate matters, we had a squatter that refused to get belongings out of the home even though she initially agreed to do so upon initial contact. Todd and Ed made multiple visits to the home to check on and document the matters. They reassured us and calmed our concerns by being our boots on the ground in every sense of the phrase. As soon as it was possible, they renovated, cleaned, and prepared the home for sale and let me tell you it was no small feat. Within two weeks they had the home looking gorgeous, paperwork completed and put on the market; offers came in on day 2 of posting! Our dad would have been so proud 🥹

Ed arranged for day labor to ship a few pieces of our dad’s furniture that remained and did not charge us a dime for his efforts! They also had the locks changed once we had legal possession of the house.

Most importantly they were our calm in the storm, eyes on the ground, and they offered detailed, ongoing communications! We can’t thank them enough!

We used the Lemoine team for the selling and buying of our house. I thought they were professional and patient ( I was back and forth with selling and buying I'll admit and probably drove them nuts, lol). I do feel they didn’t believe that I could get as much as I believed I could for my house, but guess what? I did and in just a few days. To be honest, that kind of annoyed me. I think we could have even gone higher if we waited for another week or two on more offers or listed higher. Our friend's realtor thought we should list for even more than we did, but that is just speculation and who really knows. Overall, it turned out okay. The buying side was okay too, although we picked out a new construction so I can’t review how the agent would do if taking us to look at houses or finding houses for us. Anyways, overall I would give them a 4 out of 5 in that regard. However, recently we had an issue with the inspector they referred us to. I then found out the inspection company they used was related to Lemoine. This was not disclosed to me, and I do wish it had been because in general I probably wouldn’t have used them then. Now that we are having issues with this inspection company who I believe missed very important and easy to find things that thankfully are covered in our warranty or that our builder agreed to fix (example: missing drip edge, missing caulk), I am disappointed in the Lemoine team for referring me to a business that conducts themselves in the manner I believe this inspection team is doing. Therefore, I can not recommend the Lemoine team for referring me to this inspection company and certainly not if they continue to use them.
