The girl Paige took such good care of us! It's been a long time since I actually felt taken care of in a cellular store. We really didn't have much to work with coming in, but she made sure we all left with devices and ran through our best options with us. Thank you. For being so patient with us! Definitely coming back for some watches!

Do NOT sign up for a 2 week trial of the home internet here. I signed up, returned the equipment before the 2 week deadline, next thing I know they kept sending me a monthly bill, called customer service to remind them I returned the equipment, they confirmed I returned it on time, AND YET they sent me to collections. Now I have a negative report on my credit all because I tried did a 2 week trial at this location. What’s worse is this manager has taken absolutely no accountability for what has happened. I do not recommend T-Mobile, particularly this location.

Absolute work T-Mobile store I’ve been to. 4 months after upgrading my lines and being conned into devices that were supposed to be free for my children and the situation still haven’t been rectified. My advice is stay away and go to AT&T or definitely go to a different store.

I want to commend the entire staff of T Mobile in Green Cove Springs,FL., in particular Chandler. He was so patient and worked until he solved a quirky issue with my hearing aids. He never once gave the impression that it was taking too much time . So professional and knowledgeable. Best phone store I've ever worked with. If you want a good phone or accessories, go to this store.

Let me just tell you how AWFULLY they have treated an Active Duty Military family! I walked in here with a POA several months ago (already reviewed and approved by T Mobiles legal team) to allow me to pull my line and my children's lines to T Mobile from Verizon. My husband previously went into the Palatka store to pull just his line prior to deploying as we heard he would have better International coverage. I followed all of the protocols with T Mobile once he left to get the POA approved to pull the rest of our lines. When I came into the Green Cove Store they informed me that he was on a business plan (I own two businesses, however, he is an active duty Navy man and went on his own when he pulled his original line and by no way owns a business). The person that initially helped us in Green Cove told us that the store in Palatka's employees did that because they would have made more commission if it was a business line so 1. He was not on the military plan and 2. He was deceived in order for someone else to make more money. and 3. They would make sure we were taken care of properly. THEN...wait for it...the Green Cove employee had the audacity to ask me, in front of my children, if I had "concerns" about my husband b/c he had what they typically call a "ghost line" that was active with a local iPhone. 1. He doesn't use an iPhone, EVER and.... 2. I have and don't need any suspicions of cheating from a stranger, especially in front of our children. (Found out that Palatka store had added an additional number and must have "sold it under the table" to someone else and we've been paying for it. How inappropriate in EVERY SINGLE WAY! I made myself clear that I need to convert him to a personal military plan and pull our (3) lines over. He insists I won't have to pay anything off with Verizon (just under $500) and my phone will be free. After (2) hours of nonsense I'm told I have to wait 30 days until they can remove the business plan and put it on a personal military plan -- but, yet, they pulled the lines over making our bill approx $65/month MORE than they said it would be. Now I have sitting on my credit card for over a month, just under $500 in charges from Verizon. AND we are auto paying a bill significantly higher than we were told it would be. I have the documentation with the sales reps handwriting -- dated and timed! I was told to come back for them to process the rebates for Verizon b/c they couldn't do it the "normal way". I came back less than (2) weeks later -- was told they have to get owner approval b/c it can't be done the "secondary" way. Still there has been NO resolution. It is a DISGRACE the way this played out. And to someone who is away serving his country and his family left behind to handle "all the things". DO BETTER. BE BETTER. Have SOME sense of pride in what you do and for your country.

Switched from Cricket to T-Mobile for service and for a promo. Everything went great until I couldn’t use my data whatsoever due to the lady who set up my account didn’t give me the right plan I had asked for. Called customer service and were shocked and confused with why I had such a plan, the representative even told me she hadn’t seen that plan in YEARS because EVERYONE used unlimited data on their smartphones. Not only did I only have my talk and text plan for my iPhone I had another line on my account just for data that was meant for a tablet which I never asked for. After she apologized and throughly explained everything and fixed my issues I feel a lot better and secure about my plan and service with T-Mobile.

Great customer support with T-Mobile call center , but I won’t be going back to that green cove springs store anymore for my T-Mobile needs I’ll go to the Avenues and or the one in orange park.

Had a great experience. Came in for getting insurance added to my phone, and left with a screen protector. Chandler and Harmony were very patient in helping me get everything squared away. I will be back to see them for future help.
