I advise anyone that has common sense to avoid using this company. This sent me a rude Emil about my refund for a fee I never received I have my receipt and they will not give you a refund this is a scam company please be careful and do not fall for this company's schemes

The company has so much energy to make false claims on a real person with college debt that was a social worker. PSLF is a free program that doesn't charge you to do their paperwork. If you see how negative their review of me as a normal.regular person that is asking for my money back for a service they hadn't perform they is no proof of their work. Trust me. I have called and asked for my proof of work done on my behalf there is none and this is my right to write this review to warn others about their scam practices. I hope to save you money and time from Title Four it's was a scam email I encountered on my work email.
