I received exceptional service! My ten year old desktop computer did not wake up from sleep mode one day. Everything I needed for grad school was on the computer and I had an intensive workload to keep up with, so I was a bit panicked to get things back up and running. Jay started diagnosing the computer immediately. The hard drive failed. He recommended a replacement and was able to retrieve all my data and transfer it to the new computer, which works excellent and was very affordable. I highly recommend this store and will return for all my computer needs! I do not think any other repair stores would have been as responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable.

I went to the Apple Store to try and get my Mac book fixed where I was then directed to just buy a new lap top since mine was out dated. Jay at The Biz Techs was recommended by a friend and he happened to have a part and replaced what my lap top needed at an extremely reasonable price and time frame. Highly recommend. Lap top works great now!

My iMac was in need of some service after a botched update. I contacted The BizTechs to arrange service. I dropped the computer off on a Friday mid day (they are closed weekends) and had the computer back up and running on my desk by 3 on Monday. Fantastic service more then fair pricing. Fantastic service, fast and reliable. My hard drive died, and they got it replaced and all updated in the same day! They even went through and cleaned my computer, so it looks brand new again! This will be my first and last place to call when I have problems with my computer.
