I rented a UHaul trailer today from The Mail Box Store and it was a great experience. The owner is extremely friendly and made the whole experience a breeze. It's way better than any other UHaul location because there was NO LINE. I was in and out! I will without a doubt be back next time I need a trailer!

They are not very considerate to their neighbors who simply want to drop off a piece of mail. They want to charge you a dollar just to leave it in their store. I asked if I could just leave it and they said no. Not very good neighbors. I definitely will not be returning to that store.

Came in with a pre-paid shipping label and a computer monitor to ship. Both the staff member and I presume owner were very helpful both assisting me in box selection and packaging my item after they saw it was not my strongsuit.

I love having the convenience of how close this place is to home...very friendly staff...you can get everything done in one place....I'm happy to pay $1.oo to drop off a package to be mailed instead of driving to the post office on Fowler...i would spend more on gas and having to avoid all the insane traffic on Colonial...great place!

Highly recommend this place! I came to the store to mail a package when the gentleman who came to drop off a package said some unkind things while leaving which the staff handled very well and explained to me why they charge for post-office dropoffs after he left and it was understandable.

I have always been happy to pay a $1 for post-office packages. The staff is always kind and helpful with the packages I needed packaged and shipped. I have had absolutely zero troubles with my expensive items. They also do not charge you to print FedEx, UPS, or Amazon labels.

Harry was extremely helpful and assisted me in packaging my box before the USPS driver left so that my item shipped out same day. I will definitely use them again in the future, but be aware that you may want to pack yout item ahead of time because the bubble wrap here is a little pricey. Still definitely worth it for the quality customer service

These guys are the best! I had 10 boxes of stuff to ship from Fort Myers to NYC as part of my move. They helped me consolidate and repack my things into 4 larger boxes to optimize shipping prices. All of my stuff made it to NYC in less than 4 days without any damages (via FedEx). Highly recommend! Thank you again!
