Awesome place to work with. Recently met tina and she has been wonderful to deal with. Very professional and really listens to what your needs and wants are, she doesnt bother showing you anything other than what she beleives would be in your best intrest shes not just trying to sell you anything to make a sale. Had a great experience and are still currently working together.

Signed with John Tanzi never received copy of contract sent him a message after he did nothing for four months he sent me to Zetta Corkins who said she was over the manufacture home sales she then sent Mary Yochheim to my home. When I talked to her she said she would like to meet up at 3:00 pm at my place she called at 2:00 to ask if she could make it 4:00 (really) ok. She comes in sits down talks a few min says she has all she needs so I ask do you want to look at the place, She says she was going to (no she was not) she does not say much tells me she will drop off a sign for me to put up ok I say no hurry but she really wants me to have it tonight. A few hours she calls to say she can't make it back but will drop it off in a few days. She also will e-mail a copy of the contract ( never did ) she dropped of the sign Thursday. The note on the sign was ( hey Karen here is the sign ) I took a picture and sent it to her and said my name is Shari, she sent back a message oh sorry I spelled your name wrong.....
So she rode by my place and I did not have her sign hung up in window she went into my screen room and took it.
