Had my tax preparation last month. Simple tax prep for single person. No deductions no dependents. My first time using this service. The woman who took my file near the door was extremely rude and obnoxious. Should have left immediately but didn’t. Actually had tears in my eyes in the car when I left. She talked to me like I was an idiot. She did not give me my prepared tax when I returned. I also think this business is a little costly also for simple tax prep. Will never return again nor will refer anyone here

Literally the worst place you can go. I had them handle both federal and state taxes (I moved from a state with state tax). My taxes were reviewed for audit by bit the government and state I filed in. Instead of having them review it I contacted a real CPA who found numerous mistakes. If you use this 'tax prep' company I would recommend having a lawyer on retainer.

We use them every year and never had a problem. Uh you have to make sure YOU give them all your documents. They don't have ESP. Fast service.

My husband used Suncoast for his business and personal taxes (we got married in February so he filed as single). On multiple occasions they called saying they needed additional documents which we had already provided for them. We spent hours looking for the papers they said they needed only to have them tell us (when we called them to say we couldn't find what they needed) that they had already found the papers.
When they completed his taxes and returned our documents my husband scanned everything and created a file bc we were in the process of buying a house and had to send everything to the mortgage company. The mortgage company noticed a W-2 that hadn't been filed. When I called to find out what needed to be done for the amendment I mentioned we were out of state and didn't have access to the documents but I could get anything they needed online. When the preparer spoke to my husband he said he wasn't happy about paying another $75 for the amendment since they had the W-2 and it was there mistake (we still had to pay) and the woman told him, "I know you are out of state and don't have the file so you can't prove we had the W-2". He let her know he had scanned the file and that's HOW the mortgage company caught the mistake. They never apologized for the mistake, they accused him of not providing the document and if you notice there is only one other review on their Google page. That's bc his review was just one of many other negative reviews so they took down their Google listing and made a new one! These people almost delayed our mortgage and could have caused us to lose the house we were buying; but if the mortgage company hasn't caught their mistake they could have gotten us in trouble for tax fraud! I would suggest using someone else.
