I have been working with Ashley and the entire Strata team for two years now and it has been a great experience. I have owned multiple clinics in two different states over the past 10 years and I have used several EMR systems over that time, including WebPT and Clinicient. Strata has been by far the best experience. The customer service is far superior, and the system is clean, easy to use and intuitive. Also, I have more insight into my billing with Strata’s Clarity Panel than I have ever had, including when I was doing my billing in-house. I would highly recommend Strata, especially if you are just getting started or starting over in a new state, like myself. As having a dedicated, experienced Account Manager who is willing and able to help you navigate the unique challenges of physical therapy is priceless.

Let me first begin by saying that the StrataPT team, and specifically Ashley Dexter, is always there for any questions or concerns that we may have. We recently expanded the office to include both PT and OT and Strata has been an integral part in helping with this transition. They are constantly making improvements to the EMR system and help to make our daily experience with them as seamless as it can be. When I call the office with any questions, I rarely have to wait more than 2 hours to receive a call back. Customer service is really a priority for them! The EMR system itself is very easy to navigate and extremely user friendly. The system is well organized and clean and helps the daily flow of our office to remain organized as well. I would definitely recommend StrataPT!

StrataPT is second to none. Six years ago they assisted with our start up needs to build our private practice and went above and beyond. The EMR is always evolving to adjust to the constant changing of the insurance industry mandates. Ashley (our account manager) is extremely efficient and consistently responds in a prompt manner and resolves any concerns we endure. The EMR is user friendly. My experience with StrataPT has been outstanding! The change to StrataPT happened early this year and although I was unaware of the change, the Strata team made the transition really easy. The program itself is user friendly and I was able to learn it really fast. The team has always made themselves available to answer any questions that I and/or my coworkers have and they always answer promptly. Also, they take any suggestions to make the program better into consideration which is nice! There have been a couple of glitches along the way but they get resolved immediately. The instant message feature is awesome too! You’re able to send any information right through the program so there’s no outside faxing or emailing necessary, it’s all done within the program so it saves time which for me is excellent! The entire Strata team, from the billing department to tech support, they have all been really helpful, delightfully patient, friendly and prompt when it comes to answering any questions I’ve had no matter how dumb they may seem to me. It’s been an extremely enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend StrataPt.
