This review would have been higher....but because I like to be fair, it's not as low as it should be.

In the middle of July, we dropped off a coat and a backpack style suitcase

Jacket was done quickly and met expectations.

Now....Its Oct 11, 2024, and the backpack still isn't done.

We knew it was going to take 4-6 weeks, and we knew that at the time of drop-off.

After many unreturned calls and broken promises of looking into the progress, I decided they weren't going to clean the bag as promised and just needed to pick it up.

3 months.....many broken promises and 0 returned messages is NOT good business practice.

Before I expreesed my disappointment, I thought I heard the lady say that they shouldnt have even taken it in....I hope I heard her incorrectly....if not, I will be forced to find another dry cleaner that knows the value of follow through and their customer.

With no competition, having a monoply gives them the ability to do things like this....just be forthright about the services offered.

Used to be a good business. I dropped off several items and went to pick them up and all was ready but my tie. I have been back twice in the following 3 weeks to get my tie but it is not ready. Simplest item in the assortment of suits and dresses. Then you try and call and they won't answer the phone and you can't leave a message due to mailbox being full. They charge you upfront and then lose your clothing. With their current attitude and business practices they have certainly went downhill. They don't even deserve one star. I will never use this business again.

Update : They called me on Thursday and guaranteed me my tie would be ready Tuesday. I knew better so I gave them til Tuesday. Went in at 4 in the afternoon and said it was not ready. I told them to just give me my tie. They came back with 2 ties that were not even close to mine. In essence, they tried to give me someone else tie. They could not produce my tie. Offered to pay me for it and when I said ok then they crawfished and said I would have to come back. SO after 5 weeks I still dont have my tie and no solution. Basically a bunch of excuses and false promises. I have never seen a merchant have such a lackadaisical attitude about their business !!!! ZERO STARS

I’ve had problems nearly every time I use these guys. They are only gig in town and somehow have a good review even though my husband knows so many people who have had terrible experiences here. All locals. They just don’t seem to leave reviews. But we do.

Amazing! That's all I have to say. Requested 2 inches be taken off a bridesmaid dress. Usually needs to be measured. I didn't get measured and its perfectly done! And within a weeks time which is very quick turn over time.

Our first experience with Spry Cleaners would have rated 5 stars, and I still will use them for regular dry cleaning. However, I took a hat to be drycleaned a month ago. My husband wears it for protection from the sun. She did tell me it would take awhile and to check back in a week. I did, it was not ready. I checked each week and let her know we needed it. In spite of my saying we needed it for a trip, which we are leaving on tomorrow, we still do not have the hat. I called again this morning and had to leave a message. During this process, several messages were never responded to. I am beginning to wonder if we will ever see the hat again.

This place is amazing! The lady running the place is really nice and the place is really big and clean. The pricing really can't be argued with. We will be repeat customers! They wash dry and fold all the laundry you bring them!
