Karen Pickle was great filled all outstanding taxes for me. Great Lady! Then Diane lost all my paperwork for Offer in compromise in her computer and never told me, Paid up front took almost 4 years to get an offer in compromise finally submitted to IRS. Very hard to get a hold off Diane Rarely returns calls. If not for Jacquelyn it would have never gotten done, Another great Lady. Diane not so much

I'm starting to wonder if this firm doesnt need to be audited themselves. In 2015 I paid $500 as a down payment to start on all that I needed fixed. I ended up paying a total of $3,700 for nothing. They said they speaking with the IRS and were handling my situation. A year later an IRS agent knocks on my door and come to find out they never talked to them. Diane avoided me and messaged me that my box of receipts and all tax info had been lost over that last year. That was 10 years of information. They said They had completed all my tax forms and returns tho. Ready to turn into irs. My husband went paid the last 3000 to get completed work. I opened envelope just to check it before sending to irs ALL forms were filled out like he was single and no receipts or credits. In 2019 I'm still trying to deal with my situation, but bc Specialty Accounting lost everything of ours, the irs shows we owe an extra $52000. Thanks
