Tastings company has been working with Sir Speedy for a while now. The team here is very helpful and professional. I like that they are very detailed and they leave no room for error. Dario has been our rep and he is awesome. This time I had a last minute work to print holiday cards during Art Basel week and they delivered a wonderful product, with very competitive prices.

I’ve been using Sir Speedy for the last couple of months and they have been nothing short of amazing! Julio and his team are reliable, professional, and personable. They have consistently and efficiently met every deadline - including plenty of jobs that have required them make the impossible possible in terms of turnaround time. Julio is extremely thorough and helpful; most recently, he special ordered paper and printed multiple proofs to be sure we were happy with our paper selection. I can’t thank the Sir Speedy team enough for always going above and beyond for us!!

Intelligent, reliable, flexible and friendly team of real professionals. I can't count the number of times they have come through for us. No matter the project, they always have creative solutions for any kind of idea, and they consistently make it happen, on-time, often early. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I had a very disappointing experience with this location of Sir Speedy. When I called to inquire about the approximate time it would take to produce 1,000 flyers, I was met with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of customer service. The manager, Julio Bielich, was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to provide any useful information. When I pressed for clarity, he abruptly hung up on me, claiming he was the manager and insisting he was right instead of addressing my concerns.

This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a business that relies on communication with clients. I would not recommend this Sir Speedy location to anyone looking for reliable service or respectful customer treatment.
