I have purchased 18x24 signs, had some old signs redone, and the vinyl lettering done for my office door by SignsFast and I am extremely happy! They're very busy this time of year but every customer is treated as #1.

Came in a few weeks ago to get business cards and magnets designed. After quickly looking over the designs I was happy and gave the approval. The magnets where done same day, but cards would be in later that week. After taking a little bit of a closer look at the magnets, I noticed the order of my business name was off. This was a little over an hour after I left the shop.

I called the shop and spoke to one of the employees telling them I noticed an error. I told the employee that I wasn't worried about the magnet, I approved the design and the magnet was already made. I was mainly concerned with editing the business cards to which I was told that would be no problem because they had not yet placed the order to the 3rd party for the cards.

I eventually received my cards and unfortunately they have the same error I had called previously to correct. I spoke to the women at the front desk and she told me she would talk to the owner and call me back (if they say they will call back, don't bet on it). I eventually called and spoke to the owner and he begrudgingly told me he would be getting new cards with the correct business name.

About two weeks pass and I call to see if they have the corrected cards, and I'm told they have not received them and would call back after they see what's going on. I call back to find that nobody had placed the order and that since I had approved the original draft, essentially that was that. Regardless of what the employee or the owner had told me weeks prior.

I wish there was an option to put zero stars!!!! They were super rude on the phone when I called with questions and they wouldn’t even help me unless I came into the store with a sample of what I wanted to get printed. The owner was also super creepy and appeared to be staring at my BREASTS!!!!!! He also asked if I was single and when I said no he got really dismissive and called my business card design stupid!! I will NEVER use Signs Fast!!

I placed an order to get a logo done for my fathers business and specifically detailed what we were wanting. They replied with a different logo that they created themselves but we were not interested.

Then when my father went to get his sticker put on his truck and they decided to sell him their logo anyways and put that on his truck instead, despite us literally telling them no thank you.

It’s ridiculous how they decided to change our logo to what they wanted instead of what the customer wants. Not professional at all!

If I can give a zero star, I would. Customer service is terrible. They make you wait and wait. If there are several people in line, they ask each person in line and accommodate those with easiest issues regardless of the line. If you have a maajor concern, then it is not your turn. Saw someone who waited for a truck for a very long time. They do not acknowledge you, they are rude. Never do business with them. Horrible!
