They did a great job on our lamp post sign. The wait for the product was a little long in our opinion, but it was well worth it. Would easily recommend Jackie's to anyone looking for a customized sign.

This company was very helpful in preparing exactly what I wanted. They were quick responding to my emails and calling when they needed to. I feel that I've received a good price, good quality, along with very good customer service.

I picked up my sign today, and I couldn't be happier. They created my sign EXACTLY as I had requested. Jeff helped me out when I picked up the sign, and he showed me great courtesy and kindness. Jeff is a true professional. What more could I have asked. 5 STARS! Well done!!!

Delivery was scheduled for today, May 5. No communication and when I called at end of day, I was told machine broke down and I need to wait up to another 2 weeks. Really? Shouldn’t this sign have been cut and painted before last minute? They have had more than $200 for 12 weeks. I’m sure the sign will be beautiful; I’d just appreciate people being honest.

Very helpful and nice, made some suggestions for my old sign which I was not aware of that it could be refurbished and done over to the new address. With whatever design you want if it's still fits that sign you had before.
It was a money saver I appreciated it.

If you appreciate friendly service and timely delivery - than go somewhere else for your sign. After paying in full we were told 4 weeks to get our sign. We did not hear from them so by week 5 so we called and were told another 2 to 3 weeks. Again we did not hear from them so we had to call again at which time we were told our sign was ready and had been for 3 weeks! This business has unpleasant employees and is disorganized.

If you want to waste your money, get your sign from this business.
After 4 months, the pole on my sign had most of the paint worn off.
Although the receipt mentioned a one year warranty, I was told neither my sign or the pole was covered. Yet, I could buy a new pole for $7.00.
I declined.
So, I wasted $107.00.
