Smaller complex, which is very nice. Never crowded at the pool or beach. Every condo we have stayed in here has been very nice as well. We have stayed here 6 years and the rates have always been affordable. We went to go book for next year and there has been a significant increase. We paid $3,800 for 2 weeks this year. Next year will be $5,700 for 2 weeks. Same condo. Same weeks. Unfortunately, we will have to find another place to stay.

This was our first time staying at SB. What a great place! Location-wise it's by far, the best place in the whole Siesta Key beach. These are the things that put SB as #1 place to stay in the whole Siesta Key beach:
1. Access to the beach. Unlike the others places where you have to walk 3 or 5 min or 10 min to the beach, this one is the closest and just a few seconds away walk. If you come for the beach, you won't find a closer place to stay.
2. The beach. The Crescent beach is the best beach in Siesta Key. No birds, no seaweed,.... If you come for the beach, you won't find a better place to stay.
3. Location on the Siesta Key Island. Walking distance (just across the Midnight Pass Road) to stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, deli,...If convenience is important to you, you won't find a better place to stay.
4. The easiest and quickest access to/from the Island. SB is the closest to the Stickney Point bridge. If sitting in traffic in the Midnight Pass Road - 1 lane, is not your favorite activity, you won't find a better place to stay.
5. Views of the Beach. Each condo has direct and magnificent front view of the beach and because of the proximity, you can watch people walking on the beach and swimming, while drinking your morning coffee on your balcony!
6. The grounds. Small and well maintained grounds; a very short walk to the pool and the tennis courts!

We have stayed at this place several times and loved it for it's quality and ease of access to the beach. This year, however, we have to downgrade our rating due to loud music and orchestra noise from a restaurant across the street. We had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. What a shame!

We have been staying at the Breakers since 1990. The facility has been regularly upgraded and renovated. The facility is gated and password protected. The condos are always nice and its the best location on the Key - just a quick left and then a right off the Stickney Point Bridge. Every condo has a view of the prettiest white sand beach on the gulf you will ever see. It's a perfect spot for families or retired folks. The office and maintenance staff are fantastic - always willing to help.

Lovely views, wonderful heated pool, nice chairs to use on that gorgeous beach. Convenient to coming and going off the key, and a long but satisfying beach walk from breakfasts in the village. Highly recommend for families.

Staying through Airbnb. The condo was recently remodeled and looks beautiful. Each condo has 1 assigned carport, which is nice. The private beach is directly behind the condos and they offer free loungers both poolside and on the beach. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Siesta Key Breakers Condominiums is an attractive property. It is well maintained and landscaped and has lots of amenities like covered parking, plenty of strap chaise loungers on the beach, lighted tennis and paddle ball courts, a lighted grill area, an inviting pool and patio area, security gates on the street and beach entrances. But the best feature is that it is right on Siesta Key beach.

However, the condominium complex is located next to the busiest intersection on Siesta Key. There is loud traffic noise from trucks, cars, and motorcycles at all times of the day and night. It’s also difficult and dangerous to turn left when leaving the property because of the heavy traffic.

It is across the street from the Sniki Tiki Bar. The bar has live music over lunch and from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The music is so loud we could hear the words to the music in the condominium with all the windows and doors closed. We asked the management about the noise, but they did not care if it disrupted us.

A new condominium building is being built three properties south of Siesta Breakers. The building is in the early stages of construction and there is construction noise all day in the condo, at the pool and on the beach.

I would not suggest staying near this area for at least a year while the construction is in progress, and if you want peace and quiet, I’d stay someplace farther away from this busy intersection and loud bar.

The Breaker Condo 313 was absolutely awesome. The price was affordable, the staff was very friendly and helped me out. I actually lost 400 dollars during my trip and they helped in delaying my deposit for a few days so I could have some cash to run on. It's just a beautiful place to take the family!
