Beware, this company does not pay it’s vendors. I provided fire watch services to this company and they never paid us. They owe us over 50k and my employees are left without pay. I’m currently seeking assistance from the Inspector General and State Attorney because of this. This company appears to be a racket. Please do not do business with them.

Horribly incompetent and sloppy construction work with expensive properties that are falling apart only a few years after being built. Buildings are constructed with hazardous defects that put tenants in danger of fires and floods.

Unfortunately with development comes low life construction worker antics. July 5th at 10 am I was running with my dog on 4th place under the underpass where Shangri LA is redoing a building and 4 idiots sitting under the bridge in their construction vests started heckling me and BARKING at me and my dog. I had to stop and tell them to shut the hell up. DISGUSTING behavior not welcome in this neighborhood of educated people. I am filing a formal complaint.

They are actually working on a site next door to my business. Besides big rocks falling off their trucks onto the road, they seem to be doing a great job.
