Servpro came to recheck dehumidifiers and heaters today after a weekend water emergency. Nelson and Carlos were great to work with. They had to remove some of the tile in our primary bathroom because the floor beneath the tile was still saturated. They were kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the demo and did a great job removing the debris and dust.

From the moment they arrived, to the moment they left they were extremely attentive, hard working and professional. They made sure we knew what was going on at all times and answered all our questions. And when they left, all the areas they worked in were spotless. Vernon did a great job. He arrived on time after calling, he and his team quickly went to work removing equipment with in under an hour. He walked through and explained everything with me before leaving and was very knowledgeable and polite!
