Ken MacDonald worked diligently to get our repair project completed in a timely manner and to the standard and quality of the house. It was a bit hectic as the house was under contract to be sold while disaster repairs were going on. We pummeled Ken with questions and concerns. He stayed calm and carried on until everything was done. He’s a good guy. If he’s supervising your project rest assured he’ll get it done.

Antonio and Diego came by to remove the contents from my home and they were very helpful during the process. They notified me when they arrived and made sure that they took they remove the right things from my home. They worked fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend.

Giving 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option.
Avoid Servpro of Bartow County at all costs. We had an appointment for someone to come give us an estimate at 3p and the never showed and never called so we called him. He gave a lame excuse and said he would be here by 4p. Not only was he a NO Call NO Show we still didn't hear from him even after we called the office and told them about his blowing us off NOR did we hear back from the office!. Save yourself the trouble and use a different Servpro but don't use Servpro of Bartow County for ANY reason because you'll be nothing but frustrated because they do not care about their customers. #Rudestcompanyever #Avoidatallcosts

I recently hired servpro of Bartow County.
I had a leak in my house and my hardwood floors were really bad, we were out for over a week.
This guy's respond so quickly. They came to remove the damaged floor and install fans and dehumidifiers the same day.

I'm giving 5 stars because they have a great service, they did a great job, the entire floor is replaced, no mold. All is great.

This is a great mitigation and remediation company.
I highly recommend them.

I cannot sing enough praises for this company and their employees. Their professionalism is equally matched with their compassion for you and your situation. Keiry Alves is the kindest, hard working employee and she went above and beyond her job making sure everything was cleaned and that I was satisfied. The office staff, including Danielle, Holli and Nicole have taken every call and question I had and never made me feel like I was a bother at all. Everything was done in a timely fashion and was cleaned to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company if you find yourself in need of someone you can trust when things happen in your home.
