When it comes to someone I can trust as my agent Ryan is it. I'm a fairly complex client with insured assets across multiple states in both property and vehicles. Ryan has been amazing to deal with when protecting our assets. Not only is Ryan a great agent, Country has been fantastic with the claims process. I would never recommend this insurance agency to anyone, for any reason. An essential part of business is communication and CF has proven theirselves to be remarkably terrible at that, on all levels, in my experience. My situation may or may not be unique, but long story short, I had been insured as a driver under CF on someone else’s policy. I purchased a new car and I wanted to inquire about getting an individual policy for myself. To start, you cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone. For 2 days I called and called. That should have been my first indicator to not bother with them. In the off chance someone does answer, you are told, “I’ll check on that and get back to you real quick.” I was never contacted by CF after that. I even called the Blue Ridge office, spoke to Ryan, explained my frustration after waiting over a business day for a call back and again was told I would receive an email with a quote and that he would make it a priority. 2 days after that call, I never personally received an email. The only reason I inquired was because I knew they already had record of me as a driver and simply wanted to see if they could beat a quote I received from another agency. Even if (which I still have no idea if they could or not) CF had been able to beat what was quoted by another agency, I wouldn’t have done business with them simply due to the lack of follow through or basic customer service. 0/10. Insure yourself with anyone else. I price shopped with at least 4 other agencies and all were responsive and helpful. CF was an absolute waste of time. If Google needs me to provide proof of anything, I’m more than happy to provide and I dare them to reply with a generic “we don’t recognize you in our system” as an attempt to get my review removed.

I just got in an accident recently (not my fault), and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am going to get my car fixed. You won't find a more genuine and caring individual in the industry with excellent rates. Don't hesitate to contact him - even if you are in the Metro Atlanta Area! I'm glad my family did, and went with him for our needs.
