Off the top... this company is how any printing embroidery company should be. The customer service was amazing and response time was great. The quality and price of the merchandise are pretty much killing competitors. Working for Kaiser Permanente and needing several orders for events last minute, Roulette printing makes things happen. Such a gem! Super nice people ! They were so accommodating! We needed our friendship Disney trip sweatshirt very last minute. They were very responsive and was able to print out our sweatshirt with in 4 business day. All of my friends were so impressed by the price and their work ethic! Roulette Printing has now done a few of my designs and what I look for of course is quality but is a lot about the connection with the owner. Most times places lack communication and it can ruin business. But not here. While maintaining a professional relationship they’re fast, and deliver quality in a timely matter. I came across nick and his business here on google.
I needed shirts made for my brother in laws fathers memorial. Luckily I found nick. He was able to make miracles happen. I asked him for 24 tees and nobody would make them for me since it was so last minute. He was so nice and just came up with a solution to get Them done, the tees were just perfect.
