I’d been eagerly awaiting the opening of this location, and it's finally here! The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is spotless. We’ve already been twice since they opened, choosing weekday lunches to avoid the weekend crowds. The food is simple, delicious, and affordable. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

I had the 4 pack combo. It’s a fast food place, but the food is amazingly delicious. I’m a big fan of taquitos, so this was right up my alley. It still has the new place smell and is clean. The cashier was very personable and knowledgeable. Here is what I ate!

So DELICIOUS!!!!! The taquitos are so delicious!!!!!! You will love them!!! I'm so happy this spot is finally open! YAY!!!! Ok, so the taquitos are flavorful and tender crispy! You'll want to dance in your seat!!!!! The guacamole is delicious as well! I was a bit disappointed in the rice and beans! They look so delicious on the website. The rice on the website has corn and green onion mixed in them. The rice I received didn't have any corn or green onion. The beans I received were super soupy and not so great. Otherwise, I can't wait to visit again!!!!! YAY! YUMMY!!!!!

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Roll-Em-Up location on Day Creek in Rancho Cucamonga. I ordered two 4-packs of taquitos: one with everything on the side and one mild. I was initially charged incorrectly for a combo meal, but this was resolved after I brought it to Ana C.'s attention.
However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the plain taquitos had cheese on them, which is a serious allergen. Given the late hour (around 9:20 PM) and the store's closing time of 9:30 PM, I rushed back to the restaurant to address the issue.
Unfortunately, Ana's attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional. I requested a remake of the entire order to avoid the risk of soggy, sauce-soaked taquitos. Manager Manny, while acknowledging the situation, did not offer a satisfactory solution.
Furthermore, when I asked for the General Manager's information, Manny stated that I could only contact corporate and refused to provide the GM's name. This is an unprecedented and disappointing response.
While we have enjoyed Roll-Em-Up in the past, this recent experience has left us disheartened and unlikely to return.

I was so excited to see them opened I ordered some of everything! The taquitos were the biggest disappointment. They were soft, soggy and greasy. You couldn't even tell the difference between the corn & flour ones in looks or taste. The chips were good, but the salsa wasn't even red. It was a light orange color of tasteless sauce. It even had a piece of onion skin the size of a quarter in it. The rice and bean were delicous. The corn cup was good too. The churro donut was ok, but not worth the price. For a $50 dinner I won't be back.

Foods not bad. But not great. Been here about 4 times. There's usually something that's an issue but nothing worth complaining about. That being said everytime I've been here, I get the unsweetened iced tea. Which you have to get your own ice for, then take it back, and wait for someone to fill it up, which is a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world. This visit, I do the same and they see me waiting at the counter with my cup and don't ask to help. Mind you, we're the only guests in the restaurant. So I ask if they could fill me up with some tea. Just for her to say, oh sorry but that's an upcharge. Which is a bit confusing as it has never been, and the menu doesn't not state that anywhere. I don't know if it was the change, or the poor attitude that it was presented to me in, either way it was off putting.

This location just opened but they got everything right. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere is great. We were the last customers of the night and they weren’t out of anything we ordered (which was a pleasant surprise for a new restaurant). I wanted to post a couple pictures but I couldn’t stop eating it long enough to take any. Next time. One last thing…don’t pass on the beans, they are awesome.

Food tasted pretty good from what I heard.. I got two combos just now one flour one corn, the flour was suppose to be beef and hot as opposed to the corn being mild and chicken. Got the mild corn and chicken on the money.. but the flour was PLAIN and boring when I didn't order that.. not to mention it was chicken and not beef.. and definitely wasn't hot... I want be going back.. my mom liked hers though... so you can have her money.. Ciao.
