We bought a home from Jill Rice and it was MESSY. During the move out process, the previous owner damaged many walls and floors while leaving some rooms just gross!

When my wife and I have bought & sold property before, we never encountered a realtor who didn't use a professional cleaning service. We were disappointed the realtor skimped on this and it showed.

Jill also lied in the listing where she advertised a wood burning fireplace and even PHOTOSHOPPED a fire into the fireplace. This was not true whatsoever.

Jill and Tracey were amazing to work with- They were patient and hard-working, and we would not have found our home without them! They worked to scope out homes in our target neighborhoods and were even able to show us a home prior to it listing publicly, which we then ended up buying. In this crazy market, that type of hard work and diligence makes all the difference. Their communication was immediate and we felt valued and respected throughout the whole process.
