Tammy and Jamie are amazing! We were lucky enough to reach out to them from out of the area while looking for our new home in Blairsville. They are extremely professional, capable and kind. I cannot say enough good things about Tammy & Jamie Arp with Realty One Group. If you are looking for property throughout GA, these two should be considered as your relators. Not only do they have great insight on the real estate market, Rural, City, etc... they are extremely patient and always available. Some people say they "have a guy" I would say these two "Are the Guy". Very happy with them being my GA realtor today and moving forward.

Tammy was always happy to go do anything needed to check out a property. I live out of state and as she stated “Let us be your eyes”. She told me no and reasons why on many properties. She made sure I got what I was looking for. Prior agents wanted me to look at everything that was very poor choices. The difference is representation vs wanting to make a sale.
