After 14 years in our home, I looked for a quick sale to move to a new area. Frank came by the next day after I called and gave me a realistic price for our home. I had another company come and look, but I was so impressed by Frank's time looking over the house as my parents were the original owners, and I wanted to make sure the home would be taken care of and fixed up properly. Had an amazing experience. The entire selling process was very simple. Throughout the process there were a few hiccups but Frank took the time out to give us a step by step breakdown on what to expect. Frank and the team are the real deal. So many times you hear of all cash offers with quick closings and they almost never happen, including a lowball offer. Frank made an extremely reasonable offer right off the bat and then fulfilled every promise he made from there.
