WOW! There's no doubt that this is a great company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and are experts in their craft. They are quick to admit that they might now know everything but will not leave you hanging without resolution for your problem. Brian Turner is an expert printer guru and one of the best they have. Their entire team is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is always first and taken care of. Just a phone call or email and it's taken care of. Reach Technologies , I would have given 10 starts if it was offered. you guys' are always on time with service calls, the techs who come to service our equipment they are just a pleasure ! we order all of our office supplies from reach they are delivered promptly with NO issues ever. and Michael Whitfield , HE is just the best , he takes such good care of us here in Buford, I could not tell you how many times we have ran out of ink in our printer ( our Office error) and he is at our door in 20 min with the ink. what a LIFESAVOR ! Reach your customer service is OUTSTANDING ! and we Love Michael he is so good to us ! Thank you for all you do !

I recently had a bad experience with this company, but found out that it was a miss understanding with the billing. They send me a invoice for a service contract for one year for a machine that we owned and the price was out of this world! Needless to say I cancelled my contract with them, but the President of the company read my review about the billing and came to see me and explain what had happened. I have "never" had a President of any company to come and explain what had happen and try to make a mends with me, regardless wither I was going to do business with or not. This company takes responsible for what they do wrong and try to fix it. I got to give them a Heads Up.
