Had a call 6,yes i said 6, months ago. Now i get a 32.5 extra fee for it being MLK jr day. WHAT!?! You just realized it was a holiday and the extra fee for a 15 minute call to find out wht type of ram i needed is 32$. BS. Not to mention that it was over $200 to have him come put the ram in and he couldn't figure out why the computer wouldn't turn on for 30 minutes of that time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

RAD is hands-down the best IT support company. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of our company. Micheal Mclain is such an amazing asset to RAD Computing. He is incredibly welcoming and very helpful. When I had transitioned to a new position he stayed and made sure my computer. phone, printer, and anything I needed were all set and ready for me to start using. Jason at RAD has helped me on several occasions with my remote desktop for work. I am not patient when things go wrong, and he stays even keeled and friendly while being as helpful as possible.
