First off the employees do not even know what they are doing from a technical strategy standpoint. They outsource all PPC and SEO work and they are only a team of 4-6 people. Also a few years ago I spoke with Patricia and she was very rude and unprofessional with me. She even cursed at me on the phone. I do not recommend them. If anything go to Vectra Digital or OneIMS. Pushing the Envelope also locks you into 1 year contracts which is a huge red flag for any agency... This is why when the company started they cannot scale because they hire junk talent and do not even know how to implement any tracking or anything for my website.... Advice: actually learn how to execute what you are selling. That is why your business has stayed the same for the past 5-10 years.
