Sadly, after much dispute, Push failed my company on every front. They cast all blame on our Graphic Designer and remarked that they simply have too many customers to bother with correcting their mistakes with us. Every printer we had worked with before hand have had no issues with our graphic designers work. We had requested a post card with full bleed and we provided the trim marks to insure that they would have the work trimmed properly. Push printed our design... however, they completely disregarded the trim marks on the paper. So we received our post cards with no bleed, meaning there is a white border around the entire design. Trim/Crop Marks are extremely important to ensure the project is trimmed in the proper place(s) and to the proper size. As a professional (commercial) printer, Tim was extremely rude and wouldn't allow myself or my manager to speak when we visited to discuss the final product he had delivered. Each time we asked why he would even bother delivering an unfinished project he said and I quote: "We [Push] have thousands of customers, we don't have time to mess with each and every design that comes in." He refused a refund and we are now forced to dispute the charge as Tim audaciously suggested we attempt. We will never be using his services again.

UPDATE: In response to the owners comment...

We had our Graphic Designer speak with you yes. However somehow you failed to give "proper spec" to her. She's been designing for years and boasts degree's on the subject whereas you failed to recognize trim/crop marks on a document. You may have thousands of customers but you don't provide the same service as a true commercial press. If we could have seen a proof of the design before you blindly sent 5000 into production we could have asked for you to correct the mistake, but you REFUSE to provide proofs of your work. Unless you have an excuse for how you disregarded the trim marks your rebuttal would be warranted. Good Day.
