Called... Recording said they were open.... Went there 10 minutes later... Rang the bell twice and waited... Looked around and opened the door right next to it to see if there was anyone that could help me... Didn't see or hear from any person... Waited a couple of minutes and then just left...

I guess it just wasn't in the cards today ...I just needed a couple of copies and their sign says "copying".... How inconvenient and what a waste of my time!

I made an appointment and got multiple emails confirming my appointment but I showed up and waited for 10 minutes and no on answered the door or any of my phone calls. Terrible way to run a business.

Had a scheduled appointment, drove 25 minutes for said appointment, no one ever answered the phone, the door, even called to cancel my appointment, nothing. Complete waste of time and just prolonged my process to renew my nursing license. I could’ve went somewhere else and been done. Very frustrating.
