I would rate Dianah Shaw 0 stars if possible. My boyfriend and I applied for an apartment listed under her agency with the assistance of our buying agent. The application process required significantly more documentation than others, but we complied, eager to rent the property. The application instructions were incredibly vague about what specific documents were needed, so we each ended up providing 12 pieces of documentation.

After submitting, we attempted to contact Dianah to inquire about our application status. It took her several days to respond, and when she finally did, she asked for additional documents. We promptly provided these and followed up with her, only to be told that our application was no longer being considered because we had a dog. Despite providing ESA records, we had to wait another week for her response, which stated that our application was rejected due to insufficient bank statements.

None of these requirements were clearly stated in the initial application or in the feedback she provided. If you're thinking of applying to a property under her agency, be aware of her dishonest and unclear practices. If you're considering listing your property with her agency, beware--you might miss out on worthy tenants, not to mention delays to renting your property due to her lengthy and unclear process. AVOID
