Estuve por ese hotel el día 12 hasta el día 13 en la mañanita no pude dormir de un picor en el cuerpo entero hasta el sol de hoy con picor cuando le digo a mi esposo que me cheque la cabeza que tengo tanto picol tenía una garrapata incrustada en el cuero cabelludo ? por eso que yo nunca acostumbró a quedarme en lugares así fuera de mi casa luego el cuarto con un olor fuerte no era como cigarrillo es un color súper raro yo en realidad esto no lo recomiendo ☹️☹️

I’ve lived in these apartments for around a year and have had nothing but issues . The apartment doesn’t stay cool and we had a window unit put in the first week I was here and it no longer works and they will not fix it we have a child who is 1 year old and she he’s constantly crying because of the heat we have put up box fans and nothing works the roaches in these apartments are out of control, there are so many issues that have been brought to the attention of every property manager that has worked here and nothing is done and we have had multiple new hired and fired property managers… renters beware this is the “ bates motel “… not a good place to live .. there was also a deceased person left in his apartment for almost two weeks and they kept his door open and the entire surrounding area smelt horrible . I would stay as far away from this awful place as you can. The rent is over 1600$ and this isn’t what they advertise.

I really wish I had something good to say about this place. This hotel needs some serious help. A complete renovation. My husband and I stayed here on Memorial Day weekend and let's just say I didn't want to sit on the furniture, take my shoes off or use their blankets. Thank God I brought my own blanket and my own pillows. Online it says they have a swimming pool they do not! The remote didn't work the bathtub was extremely dirty and stained and the room smelled bad. The hotel sits in front of a small group of apartments that are very run down and shady looking and there is no barrier between the hotel and apartments. There were no plugs close to the beds so you could charge your devices. I honestly feel like I should get a refund! If I had to try to find something good to say they had hot water cold air condition. I really hope whoever owns this place starts spending their money on their business and not whatever else they're spending their money on!!! You could spend the same amount I did and get way better. Don't fall for their false advertisement!

I have lived in these apartments with my wife since August, we have a 7 month old baby as well who was 4 months when we moved in. Within the first week of living here we had black mold appear in the bathroom, we made several maintenance requests and it took them over a week to take care of it . We can’t have more than 2 things plugged in at once like the microwave and air fryer or the power shuts off which we’ve also said something about multiple times and it never got fixed . When they came to fix the mold the maintenance guy at the time cut out a piece of our roof and left it hanging overnight which caused a horrible odor to be let out . In October our fridge went out we put in a maintenance request and the next day they brought a fridge out of somebody else’s apartment with roaches in it . Our ceiling has been leaking since the beginning of November because there’s a busted pipe in the apartment above us so everytime the person above us takes a shower our roof leaks . At one point a mushroom started growing from our ceiling. I’ve put in multiple requests been told they were going to fix it multiple times and nothing has been done yet and we’re almost halfway through December. Our roof is starting to create mold once again because of the leakage . I would not recommend for anyone to move in here these apartments do not meet the living standards and the prices are ridiculous . My lease is a year and me and my wife and my kid are stuck dealing with everything that comes with this apartment.

Been living here since August 2023. It is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in. The rent is outrageously priced for how terrible living conditions are. I’m sure I could go to something higher up to report these conditions. Hot water that lasts 2 minutes, an AC that’s freezes, ROACHES, new managers and maintained every couple months, an oven thats been broken for months, etc etc.
Total rent for a two bed, is 1510, with ALL of these issues that are seemingly never ending and never getting fixed, no matter how many requests anyone makes.
Not to mention the “attempt” to get rid of roaches, someone came in tapped on two walls, and then left.
They don’t seem to care here, and I wish they would.
Merry Christmas to us, we can’t even COOK anything.

Do not waste your time trying to move here, we only renewed because we didn’t have anywhere else to go. We cannot wait to get out of this place. You can find something better.
