Outstanding service and excellent communication, my PC was overheating, he got to the source and fixed it within 24 hours, dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and Saturday I picked it up. There is no one else I would recommend in the Milton/Pace area. I will definitely be a return customer in the future if anything should happen.

I was having some over heating issues and then it led to my laptop not turning on. I called and Sean he he was so nice. He had it fixed by the next day and it was a better price compared to some places. Definitely recommend!

First experience with PC Done Right was way better than expected. The main reason I decided to take my computer to Shawn was because of all the excellent reviews. He did not disappoint! I waited for a few days of use before I wrote this and my machine has been running flawlessly and is super fast now! His prices are affordable and the turn around time was super fast; In fact, I did not miss one day of work on it. Thank you Shawn! I have been building my own PC for awhile now as a hobby but I ran across an issue when I was installing new parts that I couldnt figure out. Well I talked to Shawn who gave me some advice to try out for free but I still couldnt get my PC working so I sent it over to him that evening and he had it up and running the next morning. It was reasonably priced and he did the work very quickly. Would recommend.

Sean is amazing! I thought that my laptop was toast after I received the "Blue Screen Of Death". Sean was able to save all of my files, give me a whole new hard drive and load some extras. My computer is running better and faster than it ever has! He is very honest and professional plus his prices are very reasonable. My laptop failed to show anything on the screen when I powered it up. I took it to PC Done Right the next day. They contacted me within about 4 hours to tell me it was my RAM card that had failed. They quoted me a price that was well below what I expected, and said it would be done overnight. I went there the next morning, powered up the laptop and all was well. He was also able to upgrade the RAM from 4 to 8 GB, which resulted in an even faster booting process. I’m VERY pleased with all aspects of the process. He saved me a few hundred dollars by repairing my laptop, as I had convinced myself that I needed to just buy a new one to solve my problem.
