Are simply the nicest… most professional and helpful in all the states we’ve traveled!

The woman who works in the place was not very helpful.
Her dog chewed up my clothes and scratched my legs The owner doesn't seem to care ..

I brought in a 12"by 14" poster for Seattle to send to my sister out in Renton.

The gal charged me 102$ and the package is still not delivered.

It's been approximately 8 days.!!

It shouldn't have taken 8 days
She didn't bother me to give a receipt or a tracking paper

What is the best time to talk to the owner.

Horrible, horrible customer service! I’m not sure how this place is still in business. The guy there is grumpy and his daughter had to keep touching him to keep him in check, if that was even possible. I feel really bad for her because she should run that place minus that crook! Some people should not run a business, and he definitely is one of them.

The lady up front is rude doesn't care! We came inside she barely acknowledged us just kept eating her lunch the whole time! Very unprofessional! ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IVE BEEN AT! JUST SAVE UR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO FED EX! ITS CHEAPER AND WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL! Rude people! Ripping u off! And don't get me started on the dog.

Never again will I take my business to Pakmail in bluewater bay. I sent a package on 12/12 and when I checked the tracking on it, it was at the designated post office on 12/20. The day after Christmas, the box was sent back to my home. I saw my son’s name on the box and opened it, not fully paying attention to all the labels on the box. The employee at Pakmail put the wrong address in even though he read the address off of my phone directly. I called Pakmail and andy offered to “split” it with me. I said absolutely not, this was a mistake on their end and the right thing to do is to resend it on their dime. He told me “ok, bring it in.” So I did. I brought it back opened up and he did not want to help me as he promised. He said the box weighed double then it did when it was shipped off, which was an absolute lie and I told him to check his cameras to see for himself. He said “that would take too long.” In the package contained a build a bear stuffy and the build a bear box that it comes in when you purchase. I even told him to take the bear out of the box if he wanted it to weigh less. After arguing with me for what seemed like ever, he finally printed off the label with the correct adress and then proceeded to TOSS my receipt at me. I have NEVER publicly complained about a business, but I have never dealt with such terrible “customer service.” This should have been handled completely different and instead of apologizing and owning up to their mistake, he played victim instead.

I was in last week to send two extremely important letters that I wanted return receipts to make sure that they took possession of thesaw that they were delivered but had not rekceirved tfhde return receipts. The person who checked me out was obviously new and didn’t know what he was doing. I am not sure umm cif he did it correctly or not. I called to check on them and a very rude and short speaking person and rude person answered the phone. He gave me a “short “ answer and just hung up on me. Three times I was in this place and three times they were rude. twice the lady was not interested in helping me with what I was asking and today the man was very rude. I don't understand why they take advantage of the people of Niceville. It's expensive. The service at FED EX is better and it is cheaper. Don't waste your time in this place.
