I found Optuno through a friend, and they rebuilt my author website. I LOVE my new site! I have only positive feedback. They get a 5 stars . They give you a team , and the first person I interacted with on the team I perceived as lazy. He simply tried to copy my original website that I did myself as an unprofessional web designer. I complained about this and Lisa took over and was great. The CEO even called me! He is very smart, very attentive and is going to make sure your happy. He takes this company seriously and only sees fit get the best people to represent him. You get a team just in case something isn't right and there are multiple people available to respond to you lightning fast. I do however believe that my one,first and last complaint was an isolated incident. They are responsive. Anything I don't like they change it. Website is now beautiful. Lisa is very smart and listens to you then executes incredibly. So yes absolutely give them a chance,but if you encounter someone who basically has copied your original page ,and you don't like it complain to the team and I'm sure you will get someone to be on it immediately. I am so happy here! Also my website maybe has been live for 3 weeks and I'm noticing a much bigger increase in traffic and organic emails/phone calls. As to the pricing and the whole process they have been very honest and straightforward. Obviously come here if you want to stay for a while. I wouldn't feel right to go this road alone anymore.

Do not spend your money with this company. They will not do what their sales staff promises. They will not improve your stats or standings on google or with google searches. They will use cookie cutter tools and products, they will outsource the work to other countries and people that do not understand what you do. They will use ai to write terrible content that will frustrate you leaving you wondering why you choose to go with someone to make it easier when in fact you just made it harder on yourself. Whatever you do, look somewhere else because at the end they will steal your domain and page and hold it ransom for up to 2500. Dollars not make the mistake I did by trusting their sales lies.
